As awful as it is, I'm not sure any crime was committed. Hate speech is generally protected under the 1st amendment (some restrictions apply).
I also believe you have to be convicted for it to take effect.
I'm pretty sure that's not a federal law, only certain states.

That's why she wants to split so fast. This does meet the definition because it was directed towards the child.
America, where people will empty their pockets to protect a racist from being charged for her hate crime, but can't be bothered about the houseless, veterans with PTSD, starving children, etc...
