Maine's been doing pretty good lately. Don't know why Mills didn't sign it though. link to the bill

To be clear, the law says marriage certificates can't be given to anyone under 18. Parental concent does not matter. Unless I missed something in the bill

So much for my plan to move to Maine to marry a 16-year-old. This is why we can't have nice things.
