The landscape in your photo immediately reminded me of a photo I took in 2014, although I'm betting that yours was taken much closer to Phoenix than mine was. 
Nice! I took my shot on Mt Lemmon in Tucson.
Shout out to Mount Lemmon! Took a budding romantic interest up there to camp one time. We had such a memorable experience. Once it got dark we wandered around looking at the stars, only to stumble on a vacant boyscout camp. I miss you Ashley, RIP <3
My guess was wrong! My photo was also taken from Mt. Lemmon in Tucson. Great pic, BTW!

Thanks! Yeah, I maybe should have went harder on the contrast instead of the saturation.
The image compression isn't helping either
I guess it's just so that the image doesn't take up that much space on their instance (storage is expensive and inflexible in VPSs)
Yep, I noticed when I upload large images they never get many upvotes. I think pawb has slow bandwidth and people don't want to wait for a large image to download.
Ah gotcha, it's good to not overload the instance
