"Conservatives" don't care about the killing part, it's the yucky "Trans" part that makes them uncomfortable.

Hahaha that's what I was coming in to say! Like, way to find a trans murderer since you're so desperate to justify conservative bigotry. If you're looking for correlation I'll show you 200,000 cis-gender murderers in 30 sec

The clinic definitely failed the victim but I doubt anyone will be held criminally responsible.

Hopefully security protocols are improved and lessons learnt.
