They never asked me to make security questions. I set my password the first time and completed some required forms. Then, these buffoons reset my password again (2nd) and made me change it to something else (3rd). The thing is, when I changed my password the site gave me a non-descript error banner and redirected me to the login. Now neither the 1st password, 2nd password, or 3rd password works. To top it off I can't even reset the password. I think the site is having an aneurysm.

UKG is such a shit app. You might have to fully quit the app and try logging in again.

What I've experienced using the app is after a password change and logging back in I would get a token invalid response. So id have to fully exit the app and try logging in again.

i'd try to do the smart and professional thing - reach out to the company issuing the exam first to ask about the issue. get the issue fixed, and keep detailed notes about everything they say. then, offer a small bribe to the person you're talking to so that you get an interview. then, show your notes and get hired!

I can't get into the details, but I've used UKG/Ultipro in the past and it is absolute shit. Way worse things that just what dirtycrow is showing here.

Orrrr you need to select the option to sign in with your companies SSO option instead of a separate username/password.

You are probably caught in a catch-22; many such HR systems didn't used to require security questions to make resetting passwords easy. Then, of course with modern data breaches the companies over time added in the requirement. The problem being when they added the security question requirement, they didn't do the critical piece of requiring all current users to update/create security questions so any login attempt outside SSO and you're screwed. Someone else's problem boss!
