I just put an email in anyway and it worked.
Could you read the post please? Specifically:
I tried typing delete in caps, before you ask.
You can try clearing your cache, retyping your account number exactly as it is shown, and then typing DELETE in all caps again. Good luck. They always make you type it in all caps, though.

In any case, that wasn't the problem. I just entered an email anyway and that worked.
Next time, dont ask for help if this is how you take it.

I dont recall a body on this post the first time I read it. Its possible I did not see it because it was below the picture. So formatting matters when you need help.

As soon as openai asked me for a phone number I knew this wasn't for me. When I tried a Google voice number and it rejected it, I was in hell no territory.
