I don't expect it to go broad at all...only to schools that don't comply with his absurd demands.

Donald won't say no to money regardless of where it's from. But if you don't comply he will do anything he can to restrict that flow of cash. He would 100% accept foreign students that will overpay for schooling if he can keep the money. Then he'll forcibly remove them after they pay.

International students pay more for the same of not less. He will never stop that for all institutions l, only his personal enemies.

There is a coalition of almost all schools, and they're turning down his demands as a group
