Rule #1: Don’t ingest random pills without the guidance or knowledge of your primary care physician.

Just because they’re in pretty packaging on a shelf doesn’t make them any less snake-oily than your local crunchball telling you tide pods and essential oil will cure your cold.

Treat vitamin shops like extra expensive versions of gas station back shelves.

I don’t understand why most supplements have way more than 100% of a vitamin or mineral. We already get some of it from the food we eat, and the pill should only “supplement” it.
