Gee, if only they could easily find jobs with other countries and publish them there, leaving the United States with no scientists.

They should create their own in house journals and freely publish them. JAMA won't care too much though. They'll be fine.

A JAMA spokesperson said the journal had nothing to add when asked about Kennedy’s remarks
