sovereign citizen is the civilized response to qualified immunity

i mean that officer and that sovereign citizen both agree in terms that they both think that the other can't prosecute them.

sovereign citizenry and qualified immunity are two horses running in team pulling that one trumpian chariot.

I would've bet money that SovCits were a Venn sub-circle of folks who fly Confederate flags. I sit corrected. Presumably.

Sovereign citizens are often a bit unhinged, but rarely actually racists, from my admittedly limited interactions.

I don't see all that much overlap between sovcit and conservatives, but I do see significant overlap between sovcit and libertarians. Confederate conservatives are more about freedom-for-me, not-for-nonwhite-nonchristians. Of the libertarians I've come across, most just seem mad about the system at large and believe there should be a whole lot less regulation. Meanwhile, sovcit feels more like a cult. It finds fringe society members and bands them together in libertarian-plus mindsets. It's rooted in conspiracy theories and is somewhere in the flat earth realm of groupings.

Actually many of them are black. The Moorish sovcits is a large part of their numbers, although nobody knows exactly how many there are. I have found exactly one non-white or black sovcit.

It would be nice if you provided a summary or a couple of paragraphs in the body.
