I get the concern, but the standard emulsifier in mayo is egg yolk. Something tells me they aren't trying to get rid of eggs.

Or maybe I should say, that's not mayo. Real mayo is extremely hard to find these days
Here’s another emulsifier: mustard. Put a little dab of it in your vinaigrette dressing, shake it up, and it doesn’t separate anymore. Much better in terms of combining the flavors and keeping it together on whatever you’re putting it on. But sure - “no culinary use”. Fucking wonder-bread, Diet Coke, well-done-steak-with-ketchup culinary philistines.
