I heard of bitcoin for a while, but by the time I decided to get some they cost $20 each. No way I was shelling out that much.

Life gets easier as you grow more emotionally mature, so start working toward that goal now. Coulda had more years of loving myself. But then I wouldn't be who I am today and I wouldn't change anything about who I became. Well, maybe the alcoholism, but at least I'm a happy drunk.

I'd tell myself all of this depression and anxiety you're going through isn't normal or something you just need to deal with. You're mentally ill and you need medication and therapy.1
Stay away from partying and you'll be good kid.
I would say to myself, just go through with self-deletion. Save yourself from the grief and hardship that awaits. It really only gets worse from here on out. And the urge to do it will only grow.
