Definitely not as good as season 1. It was simply 'alright'. But then again I skipped all the boring cop investigation parts just as I did in seasons 1-2. My opinion of the show would have been much lower had I been forced to watch those parts.

Thr detective stuff was interesting in season 1 but there never really was a payoff. No indication of why the brother went to that side or anything.
I watched them, and yes they were consistently the most boring scenes. The worst part is that they amounted to nothing.
But the critics said it was turrible
Whoever wrote the dialog for the VIPs should never write anything again. Ever.
I want to believe the writers purposely did that to make the VIPs as unrelatable and inhuman as possible.
I've only watched the first season, but the VIPs dialog and acting were the worst part about that one. Crazy that they didn't fix that issue even in season 3
Idk. I thought it was to make them seem non-human.
Yeah 100% like the rich are just caricature templates
This is a common complaint. I read somewhere that they dubbed over them with a Korean speaking English instead of just using the original audio. Some blamed this on Netflix because the pirate sites had the original tracks. No idea how true that is.
