A retro rival rally game with ticks in all the right boxes - except availability

I was going to post this to arcaderacers but it doesn't appear to have been migrated from lemm.ee.

Funny how topgear.com couldn't bother to go there for the explanation.

On a side note I really enjoyed playing Sega Rally Revo on the PC. Its abandonware and has some of the best countersteer mechanics I've ever experienced in a racing game. Similarly Touge Max G for the PS1 has some of the best drift mechanics I've ever experienced in a racing game.

Thanks for recommendations :3

Sega Rally nearly took the most coins from me at the arcade, only second to Street Fighter 2.

Maybe we could treat the appearances of recognizable, non-living entities in games (cars, buildings, airplanes, etc.) the same way we treat musical scores; the producer would be legally obligated to pay some reasonable, small, fixed fee per use to the original creator, and that creator wouldn't be allowed to object. And this wouldn't entitle the producer to use any trademarked brand or model name, just the form.

There are options. #DRIVE Rally and Parking Garage Rally Circuit are the ones that come to mind.
