I don't think most people who voted for Trump care about the age of consent, biblically it's not like there's anything there designating something like that. They might care if he lowered the age of child marriage to 13, but even then that might not tank him.
It would be spun as a win for small government/libertarian ideals. Get government control out of private lives and all that jazz.
They would sneak it in as a religious freedom. Republicans would say that they don't like the idea, but the Muslims' religious rights should be upheld. And it will slip through legislation and create anti-Muslim sentiment among the base.

There are jews in the world. There are buddhist's. There are hindu's and mormon's and then, there those that worship mohammed but I've never been one of them.
I'm a roman catholic and have been since the day I was born. And the one thing they say about catholic's is, they'll take you as soon as your warm. You don't have to be a six footer. You don't have to have a great brain. You don't have to have any clothes on your, a catholic the moment dad came.

Of all the religions you listed, your chosen group is the only one I know of that is so well known for housing, hiding and protecting child rapists, that their pedophilia ring gets it's own wikipedia page.

I could link countless cases of quietly shifting priests around to keep their misdeeds hidden and keeping them from being punished but then I'd just be insulting both of our intelligence. You know there's so many I could choose from, that it would boggle the mind.
Every sperm is sacred, every sperm is great. If a sperm is wasted god gets quite irate.
Let the heathens spill theirs on the dusty ground, god shall strike them down for each sperm that cant be found.
Dual sovereignty, states can still prosecute.
