respectfully, no. I try to limit my own trump engagement to just leaving comments. you're right, though. he is actually supernaturally obsessed with Obama. I remember the weird shit about staying in rooms Barack stayed in and the birth certificate thing was his entry into the race before anything else.
But maybe it does. I doubt it, but what if he did somehow manage to evade all accountability for raping children by starting an investigation into some made-up Obama lore? The only thing I actually regret in that scenario is that he dodged consequences for raping children.
We realize that trump is a fascist moron that degrades the US and the office he holds every time he breathes and posts garbage like this. Yeah, we know what he’s doing. But I think you've got it wrong on a very critical level - this is trump dehumanizing his opponents in a way to have them removed by whatever means is convenient.

For those who might not be familiar, the background still appears to be from the infamous police chase of OJ Simpson in a white Ford Bronco.
OJ Simpson was acquitted of murder after the LAPD bungled a bunch of evidence handling. Putting Obama in the place of Simpson and Trump in the place of LAPD is a massive racist dog whistle to a lot of people.
