Star Trek: Lower Decks and/or The Good Place.

I love the good place! Man on the inside is also worth a watch

Going to have to go old school with Doogie Houser. As a "gifted" ADHD kid it gave me hope that someday my life would amount to something.

Corner Gas - There’s not a lot going on, but warm gentle humour.
Kim’s Convenience - still only my second favourite Apa, but a great cast and stories.

I can rewatch Corner Gas endlessly. It's so well written.

And that Brent … so handsome 😝

Honestly the closest for me would be Dropout shows I put on as comforting background. I can't think of a single sitcom that has ever held my attention unless Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia counts lol.

From things that are current, I'd a toss-up between Shrinking and The Great North. I'd probably lean to the former, but my wife would go for the latter.

Otherwise, The Good Place would definitely be high on my list and quite possibly at the top.

The Good Place

Feels good and makes me a better person.

Spy x Family. I love how the first 2-3 episodes set up what appears to be a high stakes espionage thriller, then they bait-and-switch you with the reveal that it's actually just slice-of-life about these two bozos trying to be good parents.

I really like The Great North, it's wholesome and nothing bad happens. I'm also a big fan of Abbot Elementary it's a great feel good show

Abbot Elementary is great! We watched it with a partner a little while ago and loved most of it!

ISAIP s1-12, 13+ just is too different and cheesey, plus rob and kaitlyn have become so self pretentious in the newer seasons.(the actors not the characther they are playing.

Derry Girls. There’s nothing like it.

I thought Raising Hope was pretty good.
