I have been entering Commander Precon decks into brackcheck to see the various power levels of all the precon decks Wizards has released. This website appears to use the basic rules of brackets and give a rating to your deck.

I have entered decks in the following format: YYYY - Deck name (precon) or YYYY - SET - Deck name (precon). I have made all of the decks public, so you can search (precon) and see all of my results. Currently I show up as Anonymous User, so you cannot search by user name, nor can I share a link will all of my decks listed.

This is awesome work, nocturne. I can't believe you got this much done already. I'm pinning it to the top for a little while and maybe we could even make a separate page on the site to host these rankings with comments.

I am going to try some formatting changes. I am thinking spoiler tags by year to condense it. I may also add an average bracket rating for the year within that tag.
