Less than two months ago I had a bunch of ... almost certainly US or UK folks acting like I was completely insane or didn't understand the nuances of what switching out of the MSFT ecosystem, how hard that would be for large orgs.
... And here we are, a bit later, more and more of Europe is correctly realizing that it is not that hard, actually.
EDIT: For the record, I am former MSFT employee, who also went to work for other places and moved as much of one of those place's business software over to open source stuff as possible... because we dealt with PII for highly vulnerable indiviudals, and MSFT is very obviously the US Gov's bitch/willing collaborator, when it comes to data security.
