Is that a cat or an owl with clock eyes peeking out from behind the flag?

It is a clock reflecting in the window. When viewed from the side it does look like an owl. Unsure if that is intentional or not.

Looks like the se needham jewelers clock. I thought it was op reflected at first and they were wearing a gas mask or something
