Raw dogging that shit is not what matters but looking at what you care for can help in any case.
Our governments, media and sadly often enough the people around you try to convince you that nothing can be done. Wrong. There are people everywhere around the world bringing positive change to their communities, even if it won't do any systematic change over night or at all.
Our governments will crumble and our society will change and i am convinced that this will bring us all closer together. Don't let hateful bots tell you otherwise.

I've never done any drugs or alcohol or anything in my life. I'm in a lot of pain and life is miserable but I have no desire to put poison into my body either.
Mate, I'm going to urge to to try cannabis gummies. Your body actually has natural cannabinoid receptors that help regulate your mood and pain management. Cannabinoids are 100% natural. I wouldn't recommend smoking, because I feel you on trying to avoid poisons and such, but cannabis is such an amazing and natural pain reliever for chronic pain. And that was three years ago
Couldn't find a doctor who could fit me in for a refill appointment and had to wean myself off them last year. It's been...interesting.
Some of us don't have a choice. We aren't even given that much.
Me. But only because I don't find the energy to get a new prescription.
I have great confidence in my base state of mind that any form of alteration would make me lesser.
I dunno. I'm definitely funnier sober.
