Whole milk never even went away. They just usually label it "Vitamin D" milk instead of "whole milk." That's what I get because 2% fucking sucks.

My first choice is typically whole milk because I use milk in some recipes and think it makes a difference. Sometimes I have to buy 2% when whole milk has sold out.

I thought whole milk was better for you because your brain needs dietary fat to repair itself as you age.
