Wednesday’s fatal shooting at a Dallas ICE field office was at least the fourth instance of violence or a threat at an ICE or Customs and Border Protection facility in Texas this year.

One of those instances involved an August bomb threat at the same Dallas facility where Wednesday’s shooting happened, authorities have said.

One ICE detainee was killed in Wednesday’s shooting and two others were hospitalized in critical condition, the Department of Homeland Security said in an afternoon news release. Earlier, DHS said two ICE detainees were dead while another was seriously injured; the revision by the department was provided without additional explanation.

I'd missed that there was this recent background of armed resistance to these ICE centers.

We're even closer to it kicking off than I realized.

2 of the 3 shot were victims of ice

Maybe that's why the shooter killed themselves.

If ice is saying they killed themselves I doubt it

School shootings are just a necessary byproduct of a second amendment. Jeez come to terms with it already. Children have to die in terror for your freedom!

If we don't sacrifice children (and podcasters) to the god of guns then he won't protect us from violence and tyranny.

It's worse than that.Immigration and customs enforcement are modern days brown shirts at this point. Ice is violence. That someone responded to the violence of ice with more violence was inevitable. Yet they will still try to act shocked and innocent.
