"I’m also seeing more and more examples of Democrats telling corporations, laws firms and others that Trump won’t be in power forever, and that when that time comes they’ll need to answer for conspiring with President Trump against the American people. Minority Leader Jeffries made clear that when Democrats are in power they’ll hold people accountable for participating in Trump’s pay-to-play schemes."

I'll believe it when i see it. Sure, some of the low level Jan 6ers got put in prison after the last coup attempt. Beyond that, what the fuck have democrats done to punish the illegal shit the GOP has perpetuated for the last decade? All i see is a bunch of insider trading corporation suckling Republicans under a different banner that refuse to actually bring these cunts to justice. Until actual punishments are doled out against the people responsible for the atrocities being committed, high level Democrats like Jeffries are just blowing smoke.

Full rollback. Declare a state of emergency and undertake a full denazification: Every appointee, out of their job and banned for life from ever again holding office. Every exective order, contract, law, judicial precedent and regulatory decision from Trump or any of his flunkies, nullified. Every corporation caught colluding in illegal activities, shut down and its assets expropriated. Same for every media outlet that pushed MAGA propaganda. And every billionaire who got a snout into the trough, asset-stripped, left with $10k in assets, and banned from ever being a corporate officer.

And anyone involved in treasonous activities: a swift trial and life in a supermax.

Think of it as a reboot. Turn the system off, take out the trash, then turn it back on.

That's how it's done. Anything less, it's just the same ineffectual waffle that the Dems always do. Someone needs to start campaigning on this, not the lame-ass Jeffries waffle that'll fail as soon as it hits the Trump-corrupted court system. We're in an existential crisis worse than the Civil War. Anyone claiming it's time for business as usual is an imbecile or a collaborator.
