What direction are the items travelling? The framerate is low enough that I can't be sure...

Yum indeed!

What is it? I know this broadly as sushi, but am not sure what any of the items are. Except maybe for the wasabi and possibly ginger next to it?

It looks pretty!

The yellow looks like sea urchin. Very earthy, a lot of "sea" flavor, some grittiness. Expensive aa fuck generally. The large roe looks like salmon roe, intense bursts of salmon flavor.

The pink slices are harder. Maybe tuna, maybe wagu beef. Maybe some kind of sushi "surf and turf" plate.

Ty for the effort.... It's Toro (tuna belly).

The main photo is:

Slices of Toro (tuna belly).

Uni with quail egg. (Yellow stuff)

Ikura(Salmon eggs) for the 2 pieces.

Cool, thanks! I was wondering if the egg was olive. I am not sure quail egg makes more sense to me but obviously I have little experience. I looked up uni, probably never had sea urchin.

I live very far from a coast and this is a type of food that I know I like, but generally don't eat since it doesn't make sense in my environment. Thanks for sharing it!

If you visit the coast, sushi will be a bonus treat.
