Imma city bus driver. Whenever I see someone litter at a stop (an all too frequent occurrence) I tell them they need to pick it up if they wanna ride with me. You wouldn't believe how "triggered" people get about it. It's like; don't be trashy, you're literally being trashy!

The main kind I still see is cigarette butts. Despite it being forbidden to smoke at bus stops where I live, these idiots gotta smoke until the last second, and then throw the cigarette butts on the ground.

I once illegally reverse littered, in which I threw someone's litter back at them lol (assault I'm pretty sure)

I always want to throw cigarette butts back into litterer’s car windows, but my wife insists that I’ll probably get shot

Unfortunately, yes

Littering is assault against the Earth

It depends on where. Middle of the desert? No. On the edge of a Grumman facility? Yes. Compton? No. Beverly hills? I'll make a point of it.

Vandalism is where I draw the line

I used to, then my house got vandalized. I know precisely who did it and where they live. Revenge is a dish best served when they are out of town on a vacation or something I dunno.
