A sentence ending with an interrobang states a question in an excited manner, expresses excitement, disbelief, or confusion in the form of a question, or asks a rhetorical question.

For example:

You call that a hat‽
Are you out of your mind‽
Your dog ate what‽
Are you a dummy‽

Is that Android? Not seeing it on the built-in iOS keyboard. I haven’t updated to iOS 26 yet though.

I make sure to install it on all phone keyboards. It would be a cool project that's way too big in scope to design a 105 key keyboard for it

Digitally it’s hard to see the interrobang as the exclamation mark part is mostly obscured. Better to type the symbols side by side honestly, unless you’re going for subtlety.
