At this point, I think it's fair to argue that having no real qualifications for a position may be the primary qualification.
She'll be the best drug trafficker the US has ever seen. Bonus points if it's discovered she has CP on her laptop, then blames the radical left.
She's not a real drug policy expert...she just plays one on tv.
