The entire quote:

That was what we call in the business bat shit crazy. It was everything you expect a Quentin Tarantino's Star Trek script to be... I didn't read it but it was described to me. Lindsey, our producer, and J.J. Abrams had read it as well. That would've been amazing. I think it would've been an incredible sort of curio to see Star Trek through his lens. I don't know how it would've gone over with the fans. But it certainly would've been an interesting thing.

Apparently ‘he didn’t hold back’ means ‘he made vague comments about a script he never read’.

Thanks. I think the article was taken down? It keeps switching to another one. Yahoo is trash anyway, kinda surprised they're still around.

Riker: When you came flying in here, did you notice a sign out in front of the Titan that said "Dead Klingon Storage"?

Officer: Captain, you know I ain't seen no...

Riker: [cutting him off again; getting angry] Did you notice a sign out in front of my ship that said "Dead Klingon Storage"?

Officer: [pause] No, sir. I didn't.

Riker: You know WHY you didn't see that sign?

Officer: Why, sir?

Riker: 'Cause it ain't there, 'cause storing dead Klingons ain't my fucking business, that's why!

I know Quentin said he's give stop after 10, but I really wish it only applied to his serious, original projects.

Id love to see him go full bananas and be given free rein to make one-off specials within existing franchises!

last i heard that's what he meant by stopping after 10.

no more movies but he'd do tv shows and shit like that
