Not worth a fight. Just call the damn thing C64, with the 'C' standing for 'Computer', naturally. We all know what it is.

I also thought buying the name for so much money (over a million, and Peri refinanced his house to afford it) just wasn't worth it.
But with so much invested now, they're likely to fight it out in court to the end. Apparently the Italian company's ownership of the name is dubious, but it will still be costly to fight.
It's not just the names but all the patents/trademarks as well. So whatever C Industries tries to accomplish here is just ridiculous and will most certainly fail.
What are they trying to build more precisely?
Like a classic/upgraded C64, a modern PC, a gaming console? All seem to be financially complicated to say the least...
I can sell them my old Commodore calculator if they want to revive that one 😁
