Wer darf wie viele Pflanzen anbauen?
Erwachsene, die in Deutschland seit mindestens sechs Monaten einen Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt haben, dürfen zum Zwecke des Eigenkonsums an ihrem Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt bis zu drei Cannabispflanzen gleichzeitig anbauen. Die Anzahl von drei Cannabispflanzen gilt je volljähriger Person eines Haushalts.
Was gilt es beim eigenen Anbau zu beachten?
Es sind geeignete Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu treffen, um das zum Zwecke des Eigenkonsums angebaute Cannabis, Cannabispflanzen und Cannabissamen vor dem Zugriff durch Kinder, Jugendliche und Dritte zu schützen. Zudem dürfen keine unzumutbaren Belästigungen und Störungen für die Nachbarschaft verursacht werden. Geruchsbelästigungen können z. B. durch Lüftungs- oder Luftfilteranlagen vermieden werden.**.
Wie viel darf ich lagern?
An ihrem Wohnsitz darf eine erwachsene Person insgesamt 50 g getrocknetes Cannabis zum Eigenkonsum besitzen.
Wie viel darf ich mitführen?
Jede erwachsene Person darf bis zu 25 Gramm Cannabis mit sich führen.

Are you currently growing with coco coir? It looks like it. If so, you need more than tap water and calmag for plants to grow in coco. Look up Canna Coco nutrients and get A+B bottles. You want to feed at 5.8 pH and feed them daily. The seedlings will not require much at this point but they still need some food. Coco is an inert medium so it doesn't give anything back to the plants.

Oh it's not my first grow and I use fertiliser. Point is since I moved apartment nothing seems to work anymore.. trouble already started with germination. Those that sprout are weak, only 1 did it.
I've already tried to adjust the pH value, let the water stand for 24 hours to allow any chlorine present to evaporate, and add CalMag.
So for now I've bought some special soil and will use bottled water 🥲
Chlor ist nur ein Problem wenn du in einer Region mit gechlortem Wasser lebst was in Deutschland eher unüblich ist. Chlorid Ionen sind vergleichsweise egal solange in normaler Konzentration.
Wenn du auf Mineralwasser zum Gießen verwendest verschlimmbesserst du. Mineralwasser hat einen viel höheren EC wert als Leitungswasser.
Kannst du den ec wert und Ph von deinem drain messen?
Edit: hast du vdp wert beziehungsweise Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur im Blick?
pH ja, aber wie gesagt das ist wohl nicht das Problem. Mit dem Quellwasser funktioniert es ja offensichtlich super, mal sehen wie es auf Dauer läuft. Ich denke eher, dass noch irgendetwas anderes mit dem Leitungswasser ist.
Mein Tipp: Kauf dir ein günstiges EC/Ph Messgerät wenn du das Geld dafür ausgeben kannst (auf eBay gibt es ein rundes graues Kombigerät für unter 30€).
Deine Blattspitzen sind braun was ein Düngerbrand sein kann, gleichzeitig sind die Blätter eher hell was ein Mangel an z.b. mg oder Stickstoff sein kann.
Nachdem es beides sein kann würde ich an deiner Stelle unbedingt messen. Sonst verschlimmbesserst du nur.
Plus: wie sind deine Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur?
I'm seeing a ton of condensation on the walls and cannabis tends to stop apial growth when the humidity is higher than 90%. Try airing the tent out during the first couple hours of the lights coming on, that's when the plants let out a bunch of moisture. I'm not seeing any obvious signs of deficiency, given how far into flower the plant on the left is it looks like basic nutrient lockout given its size.
Might be too late to do much with the flowering plant, but try to keep the humidity between 60-75%, straying towards the lower end of that range until you see them start to take off.
You should also avoid feeding the seedings for the first couple of weeks, they look like they got hit with a really hot nitrogen feeding.
I don't use fertiliser in the beginning. RH is always around 45% here. The plant is the only one that grew higher than the other two in the picture.. most seeds didn't even sprout. And they weren't all the same seeds. I guess there's something about the tap water in my new apartment. I'll try bottled for now.
Edit: the spots that you think are condensation are just old dry water spots
