Surely that depends on why they did the murder. I'm not keeping my partner out of prison if they start killing for greed or for fun, but I can also imagine situations where it's perfectly justified.

Doesn't murder imply premeditation?

Unless your partner is Luigi, not sure if there would be many situations I'd be cool with it.

Imagine living with an abusive partner, or some kind of full-on modern slavery situation. If you can't just flee (e.g. because it's likely that they'll come for you and abduct and/or kill you or your family), killing them might be the sensible course of action and needs planning, because if you were likely to win a head-on fight against the abuser(s) you probably wouldn't be in that situation in the first place. Many jurisdictions will be relatively lenient in these situations, but you often still get a prison sentence.

And is it really that hard to imagine that your partner starts going Luigi? Harder than standard murder for immediate personal gain?

Jokes on her. I wash the dishes anyways.

If he won't tell then his threat of telling is fairly empty. Or else he was lying about not telling.

Husband: Go ahead and dial you'll be tried as an accomplice.

Also, do you really want to fuck with a murderer?

My spouse wouldn't be scared in the slightest. No fucks given if they get out of doing dishes.

I mean yeah, dishes are the actual worst.

No, taking out the trash is worse for me
