Unfortunately I have a cat and 0 windows pointing towards the sun, so plants don't grow well in my house. The cat has eaten every plant I've put inside except 2 cactus

The craziest thing is monocropping in developing countries without mechanical harvesting. You're already using human labour, why sacrifice your yield by growing a single, automation-friendly crop?
