you know I like the idea of these but im not making a mastadon account. Any thoughts to just have a thread like maybe even these annoucement ones for convo. I mean maybe that is the intent but reading it I feel like its an annoucment on the threadiverse for an activity on mastadon for users of mastadon that for some reason did not see an anouncment on mastadon.

MODERATORS
There are some people on the threadiverse who only open up their Mastodon account when it's time for a watch party (as they can't be done with Lemmy/Piefed; not sure about Mbin).
And in the #KungFuSat watch party announcement, someone just posted that they're interested.
So hopefully these announcements are of some utility to some people here. And if you ever feel like joining in, you're more than welcome!
