Conclusion: No-one who is capable of complaint, should.

...which is utter nonsense. Complaint often brings about improvement.

Or else we should instead beat people who are complaining into a state where they are no longer capable of complaint, which seems to be a trend these days.

Frankly, if you actually applied yourself for 10.000 hours in 1 thing. I would be amazed if you can't find people who are worse than you. 

The big issue here is that 10.000 hours requires commitment a lot of people lack, THAT is often the issue. And to do something for that amount of time means you need to like doing it in some way.

Often people don't see the work others have put in and just assume it came naturally. Anything of value takes effort.
