Can't watch youtube livestreams. (alien.top)

I've updated to 17.1 and now a livestream could be at the lowest quality and still have hickups. Every other video I click can play the highest quality, even twitch gaming streams.

This an issue for anyone else?

I planned on watching the Apple event tonight at 8pm est

Note the Apple event is based on PST time zones
