Im lieterally the only one who watches tv in the house so I just get stream for 1 plans. No one in my family has been interested in tv ever.

Just claimed my free trial to atv+ (was gunna expire withing one month) to see what was on there and found "monarch legacy of monsters" to be a great watch

Does your tv (not the apple tv) have an "auto volume" setting? I'd enable that. The apple tv itself also has "Reduce loud sounds" in video and audio settings.

I haven't been subbed here for a while, but it seems that the majority agrees that you should have at least one of these turned on, that is either framerate or dynamic range. Although, what if your average consumer just leaves these options off and never bothers to go in the menu to turn em on, would the average viewer be satisfied?

 

I've updated to 17.1 and now a livestream could be at the lowest quality and still have hickups. Every other video I click can play the highest quality, even twitch gaming streams.

This an issue for anyone else?
