https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome might be what you're looking for. there's a way to use it on firefox as well, which i currently am

Basically the same as the two above, but as a tampermonkey script. I use it with the lsposed module chrome-xt to make it work with Chrome on Android
Use UBlock Origin, enable no Javascript. 50/50 to work when you reload. If it doesn't, archive the website. If that's too tedious, you can use UBlock's element zapper to physically remove paywalls too.
