7th seed is still wide open (alien.top)

I know it’s a long shot, but the season is only halfway done and that 7th seed is still up for grabs.

We have a lot of talent on our roster and we’ve seen some great things on both sides of the ball. If we can see more consistency, we could find ourselves on the winning side of those close games.

The defense could see a spark with the addition of Sweat and retention of JJ, who knows.

Realistically our season is likely over, but it’s fun to think about! We could go on a little run and sneak our way into the playoffs.

At this point I’ll be happy to see them even get to 7-10. If they played with consistency, I could see us going 6-3 (putting us at 8-9 may be in the hunt) schedule moving forward is pretty weak, but I know in my heart that probably won’t happen. At least not consistently enough to win multiple games

I mean if fields can come back absolutely

At this point though my best case hope is fields comes back plays very well we use the two top picks on other positions and get Jim Harbaugh

But as someone else said, I’ll take this over all the bitching and crying. We still need talent, and this was always a rebuilding year. Those predicting 12 wins are crack heads.
