These aid boats aren't from the Mexican government. This is a volunteer/activist organization.

I'm shocked they would not be transmitting location/video. See Gaza flotilla. See Venezuelan fishing boats.

Friendship was part of the rainbow sailing community, I'd be surprised if they have AIS or anything extra, they bought boats that were write offs, dead engines, no electronics, they sail in a more pure and traditional way. don't be mad at them, I'm not familiar with the other boat, I just hope they made it and are without internet to let everyone know they're okay

Update. Found per Mexican Navy. Delayed due to weather. Another article per the USCG says they made it to Cuba.
