I feel like having sex with yourself (your own clone / past self / whatever) must be as unpleasant as hearing a recording of your own voice.

AFAIK, girls/young women usually have the bulk of their height growth in their younger teens, and they definitely won't be growing 15cm after 21.
Anime logic maybe? I do agree, it makes things trickier, but the way the younger character says "I'm still bitchless?" makes me think they're definitely not a young teen and probably a few years older than the age at which most people lose their virginity. That's not particularly in line with any of the anime I've seen (in the first place, in most anime the younger person would be <18 yo because that's the normal age for anime protagonists).
