Fair warning, I have zero taste. I would get a white, billowy blouse and find something gold to go with it, like a vest.
Bonus points for zebra strip pants, or otherwise black and white. I feel like that would absolutely rule.
I would wear with knee length black dress and black tights to ensure maximum attention to the boots. 😊

To be honest, those boots are eccentricity incarnate, so as long as nothing else matches anything in the slightest, you’re set.
