If you're seeing a linear smooth path, you're fine. If you're seeing a mountain, then you have a problem.

Force restart it;

To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

I lost 9 percent in 7 hours.

Normal use, NO workouts, No LO PO mode.

Nope , its S8 (cellular is there, but its disabled as I never use it)
