Do you have Disney+-> App Settings-> Data Usage set to Automatic (stream in highest quality) set?

I have a Samsung TV and Samsung soundbar/system and things have been fine with my Apple TV 4K (2022 model) running tvOS 17.2 DB4.

Was this after iOS 17 was installed (assuming iOS 17 was installed)?

Try resetting your keyboard dictionary.

May be worth a force restart of your remote:

Press and hold the TV/Control Center button and the Volume Down button at the same time. Hold the buttons down for about 5 seconds, or until the status light on your Apple TV turns off and on again.

Release the buttons. Then wait 5 to 10 seconds for a Connection Lost notification to appear on your TV screen.

Wait while your remote restarts. When the Connected notification appears, you can use your remote.

1Blocker + the 1Blocker built in VPN. It’s $14.99 a year.

I’ve got the new Samsung QN90C and while it’s UI is fluid and fast, I still got the latest Apple TV 4K (2022); it’s just so much better.

Force restart it;

To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

That has been fixed for me in iOS 17.2 DB 1 and DB 2 (released 11/9/23).
