The Bears are just a dysfunctional organization as the McCaskeys run it like a family business where their personal relationships matter more than results.

Bears don't fire coaches mid season, apparently unless it is for HR reasons. This sub has gone over this so many freaking times. I don't know why people get worked up over it anymore. It's not a conspiracy. They probably don't believe in the coaching staff either. It's just a dumb tradition that they will refuse to break as long as they are in charge. And while we are at it, they won't sell the team either.
