I refuse to believe that Fields isn’t at the very least a solid QB worth keeping when you realize that he has the most conservative coaches in the league.

Fields hater here: You are 100% correct. The coaches are bad. They are hurting the team. They are hurting Fields chances.

Likewise. I thought Justin looked good today. I really don’t understand the offense. The scripted plays are they used to start were all Justin… running, throwing, making plays… and he delivered. Then the rest of the first half seemed like it was run, run, pass with third downs being long. I just don’t understand it. Is Getsy really not seeing what works there to start and keep building on that? Is Fields calling audibles when it’s no longer scripted?

It’s just so confusing. The scripted plays looks magnificent and then everything goes to hell.

Y'all are aware that more than one thing can be bad at the same time right?

Justin Fields is not a franchise QB and this coaching staff is terrible. Both those things are correct.

The coaches played not to lose the whole fourth quarter. On offense, running the ball and settling for field goals. On defense, playing drop back zones and giving up underneath routes. They coaches were praying the clock would run out instead of trying to score more points. Straight up loser mentality.

It's the broncos game all over again.

Fields is a solid QB until you’re trying to win a close game in the 4th quarter.

He should have blocked Hutchinson himself. Is he stupid?

100% agree. These coaches are the worst in Bears' history.

"Solid" is pretty accurate if I were to try to meatball rank him vs his peers. I feel like JF1 is in Geno/Mayfield area, I put him over them after this game.

I'd definitely would rather have him over

  1. Minshew/Richardson
  2. Jimmy G
  3. Mac Jones
  4. Russell Wilson
  5. Pickett
  6. Zach Wilson*
  7. Deshaun
  8. Ridder
  9. Young
  10. Love*
  11. Winston/Carr
  12. Daniel Jones
  13. Howell
  14. Mayfield
  15. Murray
  16. Levis/Tannehill

this isn’t bad. There are a lot of good QBs in the league

He also had 104 yards rushing. Yes he did fumble on that last drive but Wright kinda got overpowered on that play. Not a Fields apologist at all but also, with 29 seconds left and the way they were playing at the end. The game was pretty much over.

Held back?

More like held down by the OC while the HC keeps nut shoting us.

Anyway to spin up a petition to replace coaching staff to bring confirmed awareness to ownership?

[–] 50wpm@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

My comment history in this sub for this season consists entirely of "Fire Flus/Getsy".

It makes zero sense. We all know they don't make it to next season. There's no reason to have them there.

Man I hate to speak against a person's career but yeah man, he's not the right fit.

I clearly see players were put in position to make plenty of plays they failed to make. I clearly seen Scott skip his stride that would have been perfectly placed to seal that game. I clearly seen #33 Mr all everything put in position to get s pick 6 (via scheme) and he failed to make an play. I clearly read your words on knee reaction based on emotions from the last minutes of the game when the players didn't make plays.

Dude, look upward.

This team is held back by its ownership.

Who do you think hires all these fools?
