A stunning city. I wish I had a picture from the airport tarmac, as I think that may be the best view from any airport.

So beautiful, I really long to visit Peru, the people are amazing and the sights are like nothing else.
You should totally do it! It's a fairly cheap country to travel in. I think we averaged $30/night for accommodations when we went last year, though I did cheap out somewhat by mostly booking private rooms in guest houses/hostels. My spouse was less than amused by our place in Cusco that had live wires in the shower, though 😂
Food is amazing. People were super friendly. The history was fascinating. And the scenery is absolutely unreal. They literally have it all.
We visited there last year. Nice city.
Goddamn Mt Fuji wannabe.
Well fuji is more prominent but Misti is 2000m higher than Fuji. And Arequipa has 3 volcanoes. So from a slightly different angle you get 3 fujis for the price of one.
