I think it’s people looking for a “buck stops here” point of blame. I agree with you, Poles has done a lot of good things and also made some awful blunders. The biggest reason people probably want him gone (not that I agree with it) is that he’s the one that hired Eberflus.
I don’t think that guy is paying attention to the real problem. But then again we don’t really know if poles hired eberflus or not.

He’s been to shows around the Midwest for years. He’s held the same sign but it read “Fire Ryan Pace” (when it was far more justified) and then he basically kept his tradition alive and moved on to Poles.
