That's the genius of Matt Nagy at work right there! Mahomes 2022 QBR, 105.3. So far this year, 98.3. Currently ranked 12th among active qb's.

I think Peyton is ready for his next professional challenge of returning a once-proud NFL cornerstone franchise into a competent version of a team.

the same Peyton Manning that recommended Adam Gase to the Jets?

Maybe Peyton hates the Jets?

It makes sense he did that considering Gase was the OC of the 2013 Broncos who had a historically great offense, Manning threw for 5,477 yards and 55 TD’s.

And Gase was the play caller

how much of that was gase, how much of it was peyton, how much of it was the cocaine

I think Peyton would be a brilliant OC but I also think he doesn't want to do it.

Yeah, I agree, the Colts are gonna love him

Wait…this is our ENTIRE offensive strategy. Either Manning is right or Getsy is…I trust the guy who was Rodgers QB coach and has a proven record of run-run-pass!

Bears have to lead the league in 1st downs that result in 2 runs for 1 yard and then a 3rd and 9 pass.

I rewatched this drive and just noticed the announcers repeatedly call out how heavily Detroit was stacking the box & selling out on the run. They were chuckling talking about the LBs lining up 2 yards off the LoS on 1st & 10 like it’s a goal-line stand. Really accentuates how poor Getsy is at anticipating / reacting to the defense

Even on 3rd down, I get that Fields’ first read was to Scott and he made the right read + a great throw, but it is completely asinine to call a play that relies on a 50-yard bomb to our rookie WR4 to convert on 3rd & 9.

The lack of situational awareness is truly astounding.
