I bet, among all democrats, those 8 are a lot richer now than they were when they first entered the lucrative career of politics.
Progressive Politics
Welcome to Progressive Politics! A place for news updates and political discussion from a left perspective. Conservatives and centrists are welcome just try and keep it civil :)
(Sidebar still a work in progress post recommendations if you have them such as reading lists)
Henry Ceullar is a Republican in every way that counts. He had his chief advisor set up a dark money operation that funneled money from Mexico and Azerbaijan to support his campaigns against progressive primary challengers in return for political favors.
That just tells us who needs to go next.
I actually haven't had the time to look this up. Are there any good examples of Dems that lose their seats over this kind of behavior? The party is pretty infamously anti-socialist even though it appropriates much of the social justice rhetoric that people associate with socialism
Red Scare 4 folks.

My DEMOCRATIC Congressman is on that list, of course. His office gets a call from me tomorrow. He's such a smarmy loser. I fucking HATE that guy.
Why call?
Show him who is the actual boss.
Now do fascism.
A bunch of people whose jobs exist because of the socialist practice of combining taxes to pay for government services, have condemned socialism.
Morons.
What a good use of time! This really goes a long way towards dispelling the notion that the government is corrupt and incompetent! /s
What a funny coincidence... Both of my middle fingers unanimously voted to condemn Congress in all its forms.
So no more postal service, no more roads, no more trash collectors, right
Is this as useless as a "strongly worded letter"? I think this is pandering more than anything else
Well, now you clearly know who to vote out come the primaries.
Ha. One of them is Henry Cuellar. Party leadership supported him in the primary the last time he had a progressive challenger, and it was because of votes like this.
They claimed it was because he was the incumbent. But Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman were both incumbents, only they weren't singlemindedly genocidal like every last centrist at all times, so they got no protection.
And Ken Martin hasn't fixed shit. He is currently presiding over the party's push against the non-genocidal wing.
Except the Primary (for Cuellar) was back in May and be won it. November is the general election against a Republican.
Lets see what shockingly small number of the nays can actually explain what socialism is.
Wait, 8? Out of two 214? So that means 206 democrats didn't do that knowing how much it's actually terrible politically? That's a pretty good result, I wonder why nobody is talking about how good it is, huh?
Marie Gluzencamp Perez is 100% a maga republican she votes with them basically always and misrepresents her self at every opportunity to the point I knew she would be ok this list
new mexico is the most disapointing. That one says I though so really 7. still.
Vasquez represents a typically pretty conservative area. It's disappointing, but it's better than the alternative.
8D + 1I
ugh your right. and two abstentions.
Remember those names if a revolution ever comes. They'll try to claim they're on your side, only to backstab and sell you out.
Waiting for "the revolution" is like waiting for the rapture. Nice to dream about, shit to rely on.
Much better to remember bastards during my favorite season: primary season!
Revolutions are generally not planed just like the way and when you will die. The more the country, is devided ideologically and the lives of a big part of the population is terrible the highest the chance of a revolution will happen
Great so the U.S. military is no longer?
Don't give them any ideas.
tear up the roads
They really have nothing better to do, that they are "allowed" to do by their parties do they?
Pathetic.
Didn't they already do exactly this in Trump's first presidency?
Guess those Democrats In Name Only faced or are facing primaries against Socialist Democrats?
I wish. My rep is on there and we had 2 progressive challengers, but near as I can tell, no real support and the result was him winning with like 70%+ of the vote.
This is the kind of place where people will shoot themselves in the foot before they vote for anyone who might raise taxes or stop bombing brown people.
Kevin Kiley is not an independent. He just stopped putting R next to his name to confuse CA voters who largely hate the Republican Party.
I thought Hakim was in the list
And fetterman. POS.
Fetterman's not in the house.
Hopefully this will be enough to make it crystal clear that these people are on the same side, the side of the Epstein class.
Maybe they're all anarchists?
